Team Dirk Schmelz (International Master of Arts in Film and Television Studies from the Universiteit van Amsterdam) specialises in the conceptual and editorial side of projects. Since 1995, he has carried out editorial and conceptual work for television and online companies such as Endemol, creatv, pixelpark, the Ehapa/Egmont subsidiary netplosion, and the Burda subsidiary starnetone. He has developed Internet TV broadcasters, managed multimedial online editorial offices and was involved in the relaunch of the TV channel VIVA's website (2000), one of the first internet television programmes in Germany. Babak Asgari is responsible for the technical and production side. The qualified caeraman works worldwide for TV reports and documentaries, travelling throughout Eastern Europe and in countries such as China, India, Japan and the USA on behalf of German and Iranian channels.
